Hiring Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Bingo Caller to join our team at Hawkesbury.

Job Summary: As a Bingo Caller, you will be responsible for ensuring each Bingo session runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes calling numbers, verifying winners, promoting events, and making announcements.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain and maintain a valid AGCO license.
• Host Bingo sessions in a personable, professional, and entertaining manner while speaking with clarity.
• Ensure proper maintenance and working order of all Bingo equipment.
• Remain calm and in control when events such as multiple winners occur.
• Understand and respond to customer inquiries regarding Bingo programs and promotions.
• Immediately report potential safety hazards to the session manager.
• Comply with the Delta Bingo & Gaming dress code.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Exceptional customer service and resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to speak in front of a crowd.
• Ability to do basic, quick math.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English and French.
