Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at SSM BVD Travel Centre. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Manage the store's budget and ensure that financial targets are met.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a large workload and tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
