Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Circle K. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the store, including managing staff, controlling daily operations, and evaluating performance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Daily Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Evaluate Performance: Evaluate the performance of staff members, providing feedback and coaching to improve their skills and productivity.
- Plan and Organize: Plan and organize daily store operations, including scheduling staff, managing inventory, and controlling expenses.
- Manage Staff: Manage a team of 1-2 staff members, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Plan Budgets: Plan and manage store budgets, ensuring that expenses are controlled and revenues are maximized.
- Resolve Issues: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or store management role.
- Skills: Positive attitude, time management, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, team player, ability to multitask.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
