Job Title: Wholesale Planning Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Planning Analyst to join our team at Moose Knuckles Canada. As a Wholesale Planning Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our wholesale and planning team by collecting and synthesizing data, analyzing sales, and generating reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and analyze retail sales and profitability for Department Store partners
  • Collect and organize data, conduct analysis, and provide insights to support strategic recommendations
  • Manage receipts, product adjustments, and account profitability
  • Support pre-season and in-season planning for increased sales and profitability
  • Analyze sales at the SKU level to identify risks and opportunities
  • Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities to grow the business
  • Develop and manage annual and seasonal retail sales & receipt plans for planned accounts
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in Wholesale Planning or Retail Planning, Department Store experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • Demonstrated experience in retail data analysis and Open to Buy management
  • Expert knowledge and capabilities in Excel
  • Financial and Business Acumen: Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results
  • Planning and Priority Setting: Demonstrate an ability to set objectives and goals and organize work appropriately to meet and exceed goals
  • Bilingual (FR/EN)

Professional French language proficiency is required and essential for all Montreal-based employees. In addition, professional English proficiency is also important since it allows collaboration with the employees of the group based internationally.
