Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and analyze retail sales and profitability for Department Store partners to drive business growth and increase sales.
  • Collect and organize data, conduct analysis, and provide insights to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Manage receipts, product adjustments, and account profitability to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Gather data to support pre-season and in-season planning for increased sales and profitability.
  • Analyze sales at the SKU level to identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities to grow the business and develop annual and seasonal retail sales & receipt plans for planned accounts.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of work experience in Wholesale Planning or Retail Planning, with Department Store experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Demonstrated experience in retail data analysis and Open to Buy management would be an asset.
  • Expert knowledge and capabilities in Excel.
  • Financial and Business Acumen: Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results.
  • Planning and Priority Setting: Demonstrate an ability to set objectives and goals and organize work appropriately to meet and exceed goals.
  • Bilingual (FR/EN) proficiency is required for Montreal-based employees, with professional English proficiency also important for international collaboration.
