About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Planning Analyst to join our team at Moose Knuckles Canada. As a key member of our Wholesale Planning team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and synthesize data to analyze sales trends and generate reports to support the Wholesale and Planning teams.
  • Plan and analyze retail sales and profitability for Department Store partners, identifying opportunities to grow the business.
  • Manage receipts, product adjustments, and account profitability, ensuring accurate and timely data analysis.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities to grow the business, and develop strategic recommendations to drive sales and profitability.
  • Support pre-season and in-season planning to increase sales and profitability, and analyze sales at the SKU level to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Manage the development of annual and seasonal retail sales & receipt plans for planned accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of work experience in Wholesale Planning or Retail Planning, with Department Store experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with demonstrated experience in retail data analysis and Open to Buy management an asset.
  • Expert knowledge and capabilities in Excel, with the ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results.
  • Planning and Priority Setting: ability to set objectives and goals, and organize work appropriately to meet and exceed goals.
  • Bilingual (FR/EN) with professional French language proficiency required for Montreal-based employees.
