Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Briesam Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Site Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Team Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, developing strategies to minimize their impact on the project.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure project goals are met.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Work Setting: Willing to work in a rural area or various locations.
- Free Parking: Available on site.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
