About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Consultant to join our Capital Markets team at Sia Partners. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with ambitious business stakeholders and technology teams on a broad range of initiatives varying in risk, size, and complexity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and clarify business requirements with business stakeholders
  • Use monitoring tools to manage applications and respond to business/technical alerts raised
  • Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders, and business partners using a variety of techniques and collaboration from initiation to close
  • Supports development and execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyze complex regulatory requirements and translate them into tangible business requirements
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address rule ambiguities and regulatory compliance issues
  • Experience with MiFID or II rules implementation
  • Extensive experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, field mappings, and transformation rules
  • Familiarity with documenting traceability matrix from regulatory rules to business requirements
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in regulatory reporting and compliance documentation
  • Ability to quickly adapt to regulatory changes and document requirements to reflect these changes
  • Desire to continuously learn and stay updated on regulatory changes
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc)
