Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Applebarn Pumpkin Farm Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff, managing sales operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Manage sales operations, including inventory management, stock control, and sales reporting.
- Provide coaching and training to sales staff to improve their sales skills and customer service.

- 3-4 years of experience in sales or retail management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
