About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Gladwin Optical Inc. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to sales team members
  • Manage sales inventory and ensure accurate ordering and stocking of merchandise
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Accurate and organized with a focus on attention to detail
