Your key responsibilities will include:

* Acting as the first point of escalation for Account Managers
* Providing on-the-spot coaching and guidance to Account Managers
* Assisting with the interview process and employee onboarding
* Reviewing and acting on vacation requests
* Participating in product development and advocating for new applications
* Building and maintaining relationships with internal and operational partners
* Ensuring prompt and thorough resolution of client issues
* Providing guidance on NBIN policies and procedures
* Leading service strategic initiatives
