About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Production Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sonova AG. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between customers and our production team, ensuring smooth order processing and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Making outbound calls to customers to clarify incoming orders and ensure their needs are met.
  • Following up with customers regarding previous calls to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Using Salesforce to communicate order status, maintain order location, and address customer requests.
  • Maintaining order location and providing status updates to customers as requested.
  • Assisting in expediting orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Providing French language support for customer communications and documentation.
  • Processing new, remake, service, and credit orders as necessary, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
Requirements
  • Secondary education or equivalent.
  • Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • BASIC TYPING AND COMPUTER SKILLS.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
