Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at FunctionAbility Rehabilitation Services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals suffering from various neurological, orthopedic disorders, mental health, and injuries.
About the Role- Assess and treat individuals in a community-based setting, focusing on establishing and meeting meaningful goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
- Liaise with community partners and rehab professionals to facilitate client goals and independence.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions and establishing personal networks.

- A University Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Registration with the Ontario College of Occupational Therapists (COTO) or provisionally licensed.
As a FunctionAbility Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for assessing and treating individuals in a community-based setting, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and liaising with community partners and rehab professionals.
