Join Our Team as a Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our team at FunctionAbility Rehabilitation Services. As a Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing expert assessment and treatment services to individuals who have suffered traumatic and acquired neurological injuries and severe orthopedic injuries.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality, client-centered care to individuals with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to achieve client goals
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed

Requirements:
  • University Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Member in good standing with the Ontario College of Occupational Therapists (COTO)
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
