Job SummaryWe are seeking a Part Time Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist with FunctionAbility, you will have the opportunity to work in a community-based setting, providing assessment and treatment services to individuals with various neurological, orthopedic disorders, mental health, and injuries.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat individuals with various neurological, orthopedic disorders, mental health, and injuries
- Assist clients with establishing and meeting meaningful goals within their home and in a community setting
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning
- Liaise with community partners and rehab professionals to facilitate client goals and independence
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions and establishing personal networks
- A supportive and inclusive work environment
- A collaborative, multidisciplinary team
- Autonomy over schedule and flexibility allowing for work-life balance
