This position is focused on achieving sales targets, expanding relationships with existing customers, and providing tailored solutions that deliver winning outcomes for both Lion and our clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving sales targets through purposeful execution and results-driven approach;
  • Relentlessly pursuing new business opportunities while strengthening and expanding relationships with existing customers;
  • Partnering with customers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions;
  • Representing Lion with passion by executing high-impact plans that resonate with consumers;
  • Leading tastings, events, and training sessions that leave a lasting impression.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven sales success, whether in liquor, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, retail, or hospitality;
  • The ability to foster partnerships that deliver long-term success for both Lion and our customers;
  • A proactive attitude to deliver results and take ownership of challenges;
  • Local market insight to understand the needs and opportunities in your community;
  • A valid driver's licence and permanent working rights in Australia.
