Job Title: Office Manager

The Avenue Realty Team in Richmond Hill, ON is seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the office culture and service standards, ensuring agent and client satisfaction, business growth, and referrals.

We are looking for a leader who can build, implement, and manage systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, and back-office support. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration and management, with a strong background in real estate or a related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the office culture and service standards to ensure agent and client satisfaction, business growth, and referrals
  • Build, implement, and manage systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, and back-office support
  • Manage and update operational manuals that document all systems and standards
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes for new agents and administrative staff
  • Handle payroll, maintain financial records, manage the budget, and generate financial reports
  • Oversee all contract processes from start to closing
  • Track and review weekly goals, ensuring accountability for office and agent success
  • Coordinate team schedules and vendor visits
  • Master, oversee, and implement the systems used to track client contracts from listing to closing
  • Supervise and implement administrative and marketing processes to support agents' success
  • Always look for ways to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and increase profitability

Requirements:

  • Experience in office administration and management is required
  • Experience working for a Real Estate Brokerage is an asset
  • Lives in or near York Region
