Key Responsibilities:

  • System Implementation: Strong experience in systems implementation, administration, and ongoing improvement, especially in training end users, change management, creating standard operating procedures, and helping organizations through large amounts of process change.
  • Technical Design: Technical or process design acumen to translate business requirements into functional design.
  • Remote Trust Building: Ability to build trust remotely as well as in-person.
  • User Training: Past experience in user training or rolling out new technology to end users.
  • Non-Profit Experience: You've worked in nonprofit, community centers, such as YMCAs.
  • Salesforce Ecosystem: You've worked in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • Business Requirements: Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage Traction Rec, the Salesforce platforms, and associated products.
  • Solution Feasibility: Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality.
  • Declarative Configuration: Declarative Salesforce configuration to support client requirements.
  • Training and Enablement: Robust training and enablement for customers on Salesforce and Traction Rec functionality to help them build their own capabilities.
  • CRM Strategy: Work with the client to build out their CRM strategy and roadmap, enabling both quick wins and longer-term strategic goals.
