Business System Implementation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business System Implementation Specialist to join our team at Comtech Group Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring business systems, analyzing business processes, and providing training to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform business and process analysis tasks, including requirements elicitation, verification, and validation.
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements in various formats, including technical and functional requirements documentation, user stories, process flows, forms, and workflows.
  • Implement new products and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product satisfaction.
  • Perform data customization under supervision.
  • Carry out system administration tasks, including user onboarding and access provisioning.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports, schedule meetings, and capture meeting minutes.
  • Develop and roll out training programs, including the creation of training manuals and other associated documentation.
  • Gather business process requirements and participate in development and testing.
  • Create test scenarios and test cases for internal testing and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Review the accuracy and integrity of program data incorporated into project reports.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and materials.
  • Provide back-up support to team members as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in PMIS Application, Implementation, and Configuration in one or more of the following areas: PMIS Application, Implementation, and Configuration, Construction Management, Projects Management or Project Controls, Capital Projects Consulting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management, or Engineering.
  • Holding a recognized Project Management certification (PMP or CAPM) or a Business Analysis certification (PMI-PBA or CAPB) is considered a strong asset.
  • PRINCE2 certification is considered a strong asset.
