Energy Management Consultant, HVAC Sales Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Energy Management Consultant to join our team. As an Energy Management Consultant, you will be responsible for building long-term customer relationships, working effectively with various channels, and delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their energy management needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Channel Collaboration: Work closely with other channels to ensure seamless delivery of customer-based utilization services.
- Energy Management Solutions: Provide expert advice on energy-efficient solutions, including equipment selection, sizing, and installation, to ensure customers achieve their energy management goals.
- Sales and Growth: Conduct canvassing and selling to new and existing customers to drive business growth and expand the market.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or equivalent working experience.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, with industry knowledge in a sales capacity being an asset.
- Certifications: Preferred HRAI Certification for HVAC programs and designs.
- Skills: Proven results in delivering performance objectives and sales targets, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work flexible hours.
