Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons Fox Creek. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor revenues and labour costs to optimize profitability
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality service and products
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and inventory management
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for our restaurant
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
