At Tim Hortons Fox Creek, we are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant operations and a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless execution of our menu and services.
  • Monitor revenues and labour costs to optimize profitability.
  • Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
  • Set staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Train staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Lead and instruct individuals to achieve business objectives.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty.

Experience
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
