Job Title: Financial Services Manager

Rite Alliance Management Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for evaluating daily operations, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and hiring, training, directing, and motivating staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to achieve financial goals
  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve high performance
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Network to develop business relations, promote the sale of loan, investment, and other banking services, and attract corporate and individual customers
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in financial services
  • Commercial banking, consumer banking, investment funds, financial asset management, and wealth management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
