Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Creative Advantage Childcare Inc. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young students.

Job Summary:

The Early Childhood Educator will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of children. You will work closely with our experienced team to design and implement engaging lesson plans, activities, and games that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the daily care and supervision of children, including feeding, bathing, and dressing.
  • Plan and implement educational activities, games, and crafts that promote learning and development.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress and well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
