Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Big Dreamers Daycare Limited. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children to learn and grow.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. You will work closely with our team to ensure that each child receives the highest quality care and education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess children's development and prepare learning plans tailored to their needs.
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Maintain daycare equipment and ensure a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure that each child receives the highest quality care and education.
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • CPR Certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in early childhood education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
