Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Big Dreamers Daycare Limited. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Assess the children's development and prepare a learning plan tailored to their needs.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, including maintaining daycare equipment and preparing snacks.
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children.
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • CPR Certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
