Job Title: Transportation Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Seta Transport Services Ltd.

Job Summary

The Transportation Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for planning and organizing the operational logistics of our organization, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including coordinating activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience, or equivalent experience
Work Environment

The Transportation Logistics Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
