Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Infinity Enterprises Group LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to ensure consistency and excellence in our dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading culinary teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
