Key Responsibilities:
- Build and develop a loyal clientele through personalized sales and holistic selling in-store
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in fashion, menswear, and luxury to educate clients on our products
- Participate in merchandising activities and store maintenance to ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Utilize resources to drive new business and follow up with clients on their current needs
- Prepare for each appointment by strategizing merchandise presentation and creating opportunities for add-on sales
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment
- Experience in various departments, including sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing, and made-to-measure
- Passion for inspiring repeat business through exceptional customer service
- Desire to participate in training initiatives and incorporate skills into daily activities
- Interest in technology and its application in retail customer service
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
