Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Clothing Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and developing a loyal clientele, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal Sales and Holistic Selling: Build relationships with customers, create repeat business, and drive sales growth through personalized service and product knowledge.
- Fashion Expertise: Demonstrate a passion for fashion, menswear, and luxury, and educate clients on the features and benefits of our products.
- Client Education: Educate clients on our Club Harry Loyalty program and its benefits.
- Merchandising and Store Maintenance: Participate in merchandising activities and maintain a high level of store appearance and organization.
- Business Development: Utilize resources to drive new business and follow up with clients on their current needs.
- Pre-Appointment Preparation: Strategize merchandise presentation and create opportunities for add-on sales.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Experience in menswear retail, including sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing, and made-to-measure.
- Passion for inspiring repeat business through exceptional customer service.
- Desire to participate in training initiatives and incorporate skills into daily activities.
- Demonstrated interest in technology and its application in retail customer service.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
