Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing aircraft, ensuring compliance with Transport Canada regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair aircraft and related components in accordance with company and Transport Canada regulations;
  • Prepare aircraft for maintenance, repair, and/or modification;
  • Aircraft management, including assisting with tug and towing procedures, aircraft defueling, and jacking up and down the aircraft;
  • Co-ordinate parts and ensure sufficient tools and equipment are made available to accomplish maintenance and inspection functions;
  • Other duties as assigned based on role specifications.

Requirements:

  • Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance Course completed or equivalent experience;
  • Aircraft Maintenance License with a minimum of 5 years of experience;
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, the international language of aviation;
  • Experience in line maintenance or heavy maintenance operations is considered an asset;
  • Knowledge of Transport Canada Regulations is considered an asset;
  • Must be flexible to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations.
