Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Fortune Kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of menu planning, kitchen management, and staff training.

• Plan menus and estimate food requirements to ensure efficient kitchen operations
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Train and develop kitchen staff to enhance their skills and productivity
• Source and procure supplies and equipment to maintain inventory levels and ensure smooth kitchen operations

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant setting
• Secondary school graduation certificate and relevant education or training
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff

This is a full-time on-site position, requiring the successful candidate to work from our restaurant location. No remote work options are available.

• Manage kitchen operations efficiently, ensuring seamless service delivery
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
