Job Title: Mainframe Chief Mainframe Chief Functional Analyst

Are you an IT expert looking for a dynamic and evolving environment where you can exercise your skills in functional analysis and testing in the banking field? We have an exciting opportunity for a Chief Functional Analyst in our Transactional Assets Banking - Backend team at National Bank.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand business issues, identify and analyze customer and business partner needs
  • Document requests and prepare recommendations for system design or adaptation
  • Perform complex analyses, identify gaps, and make recommendations to optimize system efficiency and resolve issues
  • Analyze requests for system changes, assess impacts on existing applications, and suggest and make appropriate changes
  • Establish validation and quality control procedures, perform comprehensive testing, and ensure system adequacy
  • Provide support for user requests or issues affecting existing applications
  • Produce Target Business Solutions and functional analyses
  • Participate in testing and resolution of customer and application support queries
  • Supervise other resources in project implementation or evolving requests
