Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at 10032778 CANADA INC. O/A MACEWEN WELLINGTON (21725). As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates.
    • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
    • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience.
    • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory and Merchandising
    • Manage inventory levels, ensuring that the store is well-stocked and that merchandise is displayed effectively.
    • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales data and customer feedback.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
