Catering Operations Manager

At Tony's Pasta & Seafood House, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Catering Supervisor to join our team. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our catering services, including supervising staff, coordinating events, and maintaining high-quality food and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of catering staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on catering operations and sales.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure high-quality presentation.
- Establish work schedules and organize buffets and banquets to meet customer needs.
- Consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets, and specialty functions to ensure their expectations are met.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and lead others.
The Catering Supervisor will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high-quality food and service standards.
Language:The primary language spoken in the workplace is English.Work Hours:
The Catering Supervisor will work 35 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
