Catering Operations Manager

At Tony's Pasta & Seafood House, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Catering Supervisor to join our team. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our catering services, including supervising staff, coordinating events, and maintaining high-quality food and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of catering staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on catering operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Establish work schedules and delegate tasks to ensure seamless operation of catering services.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
The Catering Supervisor will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality food and service standards.

Hours:35 to 40 hours per week.
