We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our expanding International Tax practice in Calgary. This role provides a unique opportunity to work seamlessly with our U.S. RSM offices, and soon our UK and Irish offices under one common ownership structure. The successful candidate will use their expertise to provide international tax consulting and compliance services to Canadian clients operating and investing internationally, and foreign clients operating and investing in Canada.

The International Tax team functions as a national team that works closely together as well as with staff and partners across Canada and internationally. Responsibilities include driving the success of multiple engagements across different jurisdictions, providing mentorship, training, and detailed reviews to team members, developing growth opportunities for the firm, and collaborating with colleagues across different jurisdictions.

To be successful, you will demonstrate a strong knowledge of the Canadian Income Tax Act, Regulations, rulings, case law, and Tax Treaties, apply this knowledge to complex cross-border tax situations, and possess dynamic problem-solving skills, a solid work ethic, and strong project management skills. You must have 8+ years of public accounting experience, preferably practicing International Tax, with a CPA designation, Master's of Taxation, or completion of the CPA Canada In Depth Tax Program.

The estimated salary range for this role is $110,500 - $188,000 annually, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance. We are committed to providing equal opportunity and reasonable accommodation for people with disabilities.
