We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Valet Parking Attendant to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Toronto. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting guests with parking and transportation needs
  • Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic on property to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of traffic
  • Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation
  • Monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas/levels
  • Report any vehicles/safety hazards, unauthorized personnel, or potential security problems to the manager/supervisor
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • No related work experience required
