Pedagogical Coordinator for Student Development

**Responsibilities and Requirements**
As a Secondary Teacher -CCQ - Finance - History at Senior level, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing educational programs that cater to individual student needs.
- Encouraging an engaging and secure learning environment.
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting the pedagogical approach as needed.
- Maintaining regular communication with parents regarding student progress and challenges.
- Contributing to the animation of school life and extra-curricular activities.
- Collaborating with school staff to provide personalized support to students.
- Coordinating extra-curricular activities and work placements to enrich learning.
- Providing mentoring and targeted academic support.
- SUPervising all students under their responsibility, ensuring their safety.
- Communicating results and student progress to principals and parents in accordance with protocols.
- Managing absences/delays and participating in pedagogical meetings for professional development.
Additionally, the successful candidate will possess:
- A valid teaching permit issued by the MEQ.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, as well as a good knowledge of French.
- A genuine passion for teaching and enthusiasm for educating students.
- An ability to adapt to the specific needs of each student.
- A keen interest in participating in initiatives that contribute to the school's development or team projects.
