Senior Manager Employee Voice Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Employee Voice practice at National Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and expertise to drive business outcomes and improve the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of senior employee voice experts to design and implement research initiatives using surveys and other methodologies
- Collaborate with business sectors and centres of expertise to understand business objectives and provide strategic advice on research design and methodology
- Work with external vendors to ensure execution of the preferred strategy
- Design measurement tools adapted to business objectives and target audiences, and administer them in accordance with ethical and deontological standards
- Write concise and clear reports presenting key findings, trends, variances, and correlations, in collaboration with data scientists
- Formulate concrete recommendations to improve the employee experience and organizational performance
- Monitor the implementation of improvement actions and evaluate their impact
You will be part of a dynamic team of about twenty employee analytics specialists, reporting to the Senior Director of Analytics Strategy, Voice, and Employee Data. We collaborate with partners and suppliers to contribute to the improvement of HR practices, quality of life at work, and organizational performance.
