The Position

We're hiring a Senior Data Analyst to support our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring our data-driven decisions are informed by robust data infrastructure and analytics. You'll collaborate with leaders across the business to gather and understand requirements, partner with team members to build data models for reporting and analysis, and support initiatives that enhance our marketing analytics, product analytics, and experimentation capabilities.

This role requires a strong technical foundation, including expertise in SQL and Python data analysis. You'll also need experience with business intelligence tools like Looker, Tableau, or Mode, and cloud-based data warehouse services like Amazon Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain data models for reporting and analysis
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance marketing analytics, product analytics, and experimentation capabilities
  • Maintain and improve data quality and integrity
  • Provide data orientation and onboarding sessions for new employees

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst
  • Experience working at a high-growth, fast-paced company
  • Strong SQL and Python data analysis skills
  • Experience with business intelligence tools and cloud-based data warehouse services
