Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at CLC Building Solutions Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in data entry, record-keeping, and filing systems.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with our team to achieve goals and objectives, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
