Job Title: Administrative Assistant

CLC Building Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff and management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Prepare and record minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Establish and maintain office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Respond to electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and make reservations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
