Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Friday Harbour Resort. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Order supplies and equipment
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
As a Culinary Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment and be required to handle heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and work under pressure. If you are a reliable, organized, and team player with excellent oral communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
