Culinary Specialist

S1 FOOD SERVICE is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in ensuring the highest quality of food service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Preparing dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Inspecting kitchens and food service areas
- Training staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Ordering supplies and equipment
- Supervising kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Cleaning kitchen and work areas
- Managing kitchen operations
