Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their dietary needs are met.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintaining a clean and safe environment for staff and customers.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring timely restocking.
- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
