We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Director to join our team at AbbVie. This role will involve conceiving, executing, and managing clinical pharmacology development plans and strategies to achieve commercial goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Pharmacology Strategy Development: Lead the development of multi-disciplinary clinical pharmacology development plans and strategies for multiple functions.
  • Project Leadership: Act as a representative for projects, responsible for phase 1-4 studies design and clinical pharmacology strategy.
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Execute data analyses and interpretation by providing necessary context, including explaining mechanisms of action and disease specifics.
  • Regulatory Document Authoring: Author regulatory documents, including protocols, study reports, and label sections.
  • Team Leadership: Lead clinical pharmacology and biopharmaceutics meetings, serve as a representative on clinical strategy teams, and present at various departmental and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
  • A PhD with typically 4+ years of experience or Pharm D with typically 6+ years of experience in a relevant field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with functional representatives and KOLs externally and internally.
  • Strategic thinking and enterprise view, proven scientific track record, and technical skills to perform the role.
About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in clinical pharmacology and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing clinical pharmacology strategies.

The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
