Product and Marketing Director

Vitacore Industries is seeking a seasoned Product & Marketing Director to spearhead our products and marketing strategies. This role requires a leader who can inspire cross-functional teams, identify market opportunities, and develop compelling marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities, optimize existing offerings, and position products for maximum customer value.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance against established metrics.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, digital assets, and sales enablement tools to support product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance and ROI across various channels including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional advertising.
As a Product & Marketing Director at Vitacore Industries, you will have the opportunity to inspire and mentor a high-performing team of business analysts and creative professionals. You will foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the product and marketing teams. You will also communicate effectively with senior leadership to provide regular updates on product and marketing initiatives, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA is highly valued.
- Proven experience (5 years) in product management, marketing, or related roles, with a track record of driving successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Deep understanding of product development processes, market research methodologies, and marketing best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to inform decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset.
