Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Door Attendant to join our team at Marriott International. As a Door Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
  • Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property, providing directions and information about property amenities and services.
  • Inform guests of local areas of interest and activities, and identify and explain room features to guests.
  • Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area, and assist with luggage storage and retrieval.
  • Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage.
  • Supply guests with directions and arrange transportation for guests/visitors as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
