Crunch Fitness Canada is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our team at our new location in Stone Road Mall. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and revenue growth strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained facility, ensuring optimal equipment operation and customer satisfaction
  • Manage employee payroll and scheduling, ensuring adequate staffing levels and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
